Bon Accord Leasing are a long established LOCAL FAMILY RUN INDEPENDENT AGENCY specialising in all aspects of residential property lettings and management.

We concentrate exclusively on residential leasing and management and do not sell properties, this exclusivity enables us to focus specifically on the requirements of each landlord whether individual or portfolio owners.  Our services range from 'let only' to 'full management' but can readily be tailored to meet any particular requirements.

We can advise on Market Conditions, Rental Levels, Buy to Let Mortgages, Insurance, Legal Procedures, etc - in fact everything you need to know about letting or renting all under one roof.

Where Are We? 

We are located in one of the city's most prestigious residential areas, Cults at 11 The Courtyard.  Cults is perfectly situated within easy reach of the city and equally for access to Royal Deeside.

Our Origins

Bon Accord Leasing has 35 years of leasing and and property management experience with the principal having moved from commercial property management to set up this company in 2001 over this period we have grown into a well established and respected family business through working to high standards in all that we do.
