Bon Accord Leasing are a long established LOCAL INDEPENDENT AGENCY specialising in all aspects of residential property lettings and management.
What Do We Do?
We concentrate exclusively on residential leasing and management and this exclusivity enables us to focus specifically on the requirements of each landlord whether individual or portfolio owners. Our services range from 'let only' to 'full management' but can readily be tailored to meet any particular requirements.
We can advise on market conditions, rental levels, investment fianance, legal procedures, etc - in fact everything you need to know about letting, all under one roof.
Where Are We?
We are located in one of the city's most prestigious residential areas, Cults at 11 The Courtyard. Cults is perfectly situated within easy reach of the city and equally for access to Royal Deeside.
Our Origins
Bon Accord Leasing was established 10 years ago by Ken McGeechan following his retiral from a long and highly successful career in commercial & retail property management culminating with his post as manager of the city's Bon Accord Shopping Centre. Ken was readily able to convert his extensive property & management skills in the commercial sector into the residential market and, concentrating solely on that, has built up a very successful & rapidly expanding business. Ken has been joined by his daughter, Mandy, who herself has considerable retail and marketing experience, to form a first class team ably supported by experienced and qualified staff.
